Supported Housing Manager

Lincolnshire

£35,504- £42,946

We have been engaged on an exclusive basis, to recruit for a social housing provider based in Lincolnshire, for a Supported Housing Manager to sit within their new Supported Housing structure

Home working is available within this role, although travel across Lincolnshire will be required at times

Duties of the Supported Housing Manager role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Holding responsibility for the effective running of their integrated living and support services, which provides housing to older and vulnerable customers
  • Developing and managing 2 direct reports as well as 25 indirect reports, including mobile scheme wardens and cleaners
  • Providing strong leadership and day to day operational management to staff
  • Developing the dementia service and day centre activities
  • Contributing to the development of the Annual Service Plan
  • Continuously developing the service to meet the needs of customers
  • Managing service budgets of over 500k
  • Fostering collaborative working with local agencies and other partners
  • Managing staff performance through appraisals and one to ones

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing Supported/ Sheltered Housing services
  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care or Housing
