Supported Living Supervisor


Kettering, Northamptonshire


Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Supported Living Supervisor required to join a public sector organisation in the Northamptonshire area.

The role involves duty and rota management of a Supported Living/Housing team

Key responsibilities of the Supported Living Supervisor:

Working with service users with Complex Needs, ASD and Mental Health

  • Maintaining and complying with the agreed service delivery standards and statutory requirements
  • Assisting service users to manage tenancies and accommodation
  • Ensure support is delivered in accordance with organisations principles and values; including formulating, implementing and reviewing individual support plans and risk assessments.
  • Develop and promote internal and external service user support networks.
  • Ensure service users' financial resources are maximised and managed effectively.
  • Set up agreed individual packages of support and recommend allocation of accommodation.
  • Assist in the planning and administering of duty rotas.

Required skills and experience of the Supported Living Supervisor:

  • Minimum level 2 NVQ, Diploma or Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care or another relevant equivalent qualification In post expected to achieve Level 3 qualification

  • Enhanced DBS with Adults Barred List
