Opportunity with a London Borough Council for a Systems Support Paralegal.

A London Local Authority are looking for a Systems Support Paralegal to join the team on a 6-month locum contract with the scope to extend onto an ongoing contract.

The Systems Support Paralegal should have prior local authority experience and will be:

  • Processing invoices
  • Chasing and paying invoices, ensuring none are outstanding
  • General administrative duties such as:
    • Photocopying and filing
    • Creating reports and documents
    • Data processing including recording and organising

Prior experience of handling invoices is essential for this role and local authority experience is advantageous. Further requirements include good IT skills, the ability work with minimal supervision and under pressure, and a pro-active, committed approach to work.

While the Systems Support Paralegal will be working remotely they should be able to go into the offices on an ad hoc basis when required.

The Systems Support Paralegal will be joining a friendly team and will enjoy the benefits of flexible working patterns and an ongoing contract.
