An opportunity for an outstanding commercial and strategically focused Talent Acquisition Manager to take full control and ownership of a global organisations talent acquisition process who are leaders in their field and shape it from cradle to grave to deliver a highly effective process.
You will have the chance to establish the talent acquisition process in the UK, with a view to rolling this out globally in time, whilst working closely with a highly experience HR Director and HR Business Partners to really understand the business operations to make a high impact on internal talent development and external hiring processes.
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will have the following experience
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 Qualification (will consider lower).
- Talent Acquisition strategy development experience.
- Focus on continuous improvement in the talent acquisition process, with a view of best practice.
- Highly level of Employer Brand awareness and driving attraction.
- Full end to end recruitment service experience.
- Delivering change initiatives.
- Strong in the use of social media.
- Strong focus on internal talent development first to ensure succession planning.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an existing Talent Acquisition Manager or someone with who has been a number 2 within talent acquisition and had significant input in to the shaping of the recruitment process, employer branding and process improvement.
The talent acquisition managers position will provide you with a great opportunity to advance your career in the strategic side of talent acquisition and exposure to global roll out and high level stakeholder management.
Paying c£55k + Package
