Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting a Team Leader to join a Local Authority based in the West Midlands. This is a long term locum position of 6 to 9 months.
Candidates must be qualified lawyers and have proven managerial experience within a public sector organisation.
The successful Team Leader will be responsible for managing 8 solicitors who make up the Corporate and Procurement team. They will also be required to pick up a commercial caseload which may consist of:
- Commercial contracts
- Telecoms contracts
- Regeneration projects
- Joint venture projects
This position will begin on a full-time 6-9 month basis initially, although there is a possibility of the role being extended beyond that. Our client is offering some flexibility with home working.
