Do you have experience in managing a caseload and sustaining tenancies?

Our client, an organisation in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide support to their residents.

Duties of the Tenancy Sustainment Officer role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a caseload of over 30 residents in shared services
  • Supporting throughout the tenancy and offering support
  • Signposting
  • Booking residents into property viewings
  • Collecting service charges
  • Helping residents to secure further accommodation

The successful candidate will have:

  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in support tenancies
