Hull (hybrid-working)

Transformation & Programme Lead required to join a not for profit organisation based in Hull with the opportunity for hybrid-working. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Transformation & Programme Lead to support with a new project in one of the UK's largest public sector organisations on a full-time, fixed-term basis.

As the Transformation & Programme Lead you will work within a team carrying out a variety of duties below:

Key responsibilities of the Transformation & Programme Lead

  • Lead on the re-design of a current project
  • Lead on the full range of project management duties
  • Provide professional and transformational advice to staff, the board and internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce regular reports to the Board and Directors.
  • Ensure project remains on-time and in-budget

Required skills and experience of the Transformation & Programme Lead

  • Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area
  • Public Sector experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent organisation skills
