A friendly London University is seeking an enthusiastic Legal Assistant with experience of Data Protection, particularly FOI and SAR, to join their small team.

**This is an urgent requirement so please only apply if you are available immediately or on short notice, and only if you have previous experience of responding to Freedom of Information requests and Subject Access Requests.**

This is a locum role for at leats 6 months but is likely to go on long, and you can work fully remotely. They will also courier the IT equipment to you, so the successful Information Governance Legal Assistant can be based anywhere in the UK.

My client is seeking a hard-working and positive individual to assist with an increase in work in the Legal team. You must have previous experience of handling the following information governance matters:

  • Freedom of Information (FOI) requests
  • Subject Access Requests (SAR)
  • Information Law

You will be joining a dynamic team and reporting to the Senior Legal Adviser. You will be working alongside another locum in the team who has been there for over a year and is really enjoying it!
