Workforce Information Manager
An exciting opportunity has been created to join a forward thinking NHS organisation in the Greater Manchester region. The role of Workforce Information Manger is a newly created post which will play a pivotal role for the delivery of the HR service.
With line management responsibility for a team of four, the postholder will hold responsibility for obtaining, managing and analyse of workforce data which will be used to provide accurate reports, meaningful trends and analysis to the Trust board.
Experience of workforce systems - in particular the NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) , of working with ORACLE based system and experience of managing a team are essential.
The successful candidate will also have project management experience and will have specialist knowledge and experience of statistical/analytical techniques and procedures at Level 7 (masters) or equivalent.
Excellent communication and influencing skills are also highly desirable as this role will involve developing effective working relationships with managers and colleagues across the Trust.
