I currently specialise in the provision of legal professionals to permanent placements within the private practice arena in the South East region.
After completing a BA degree in History degree at Northumbria University I decided to join Sellick Partnership, after over a year and a half experience in the industry, because of its unrivalled training and development with an enviable reputation within the market.
I loved the idea of being able to pursue my chosen career in a business that put a huge emphasis on its people in terms of ensuring every avenue is an opportunity to review and improve to continually offer the best service.
I’m an incredibly self-motivated person, no matter the ups or downs I’m always able to walk away with a smile as I strive to find the positive in every scenario rather than to dwell on a negative, be that getting a placement fee to finding an area of a call to improve on. So frankly, there isn’t really anything that will get me down, which in the potentially roller-coaster world of recruitment is a pretty good thing. My key strengths are that I’m very organised and ambitious with great communication skills, both written and verbal - attributes which are key for my role in managing both clients and candidates
Outside of the office I love to indulge in my adventurous side by Mountain Boarding and climbing on a regular basis! I also enjoy the cinema and movies; not just recent new-fangled Sci-Fi films but also the old ‘classics’ that even my parents find a bit old and dull!
