Candidate Resourcing

As a Resourcing Consultant my main motivator is finding a perfect 'fit' for both candidate and client; I love finding our candidates their dream job.

When speaking with our candidates I try and get as much information as possible from them about what they're looking for, their current or previous roles and what excites them about a future opportunity. I get such a buzz when speaking to a candidate who can explain what they do with enthusiasm.

Recently we have been recruiting some unique positions which in turn have called for candidates with a unique skill set. I have found candidate resourcing for these roles so interesting as I have developed a greater understanding for different areas of Accounting.

We have recently been recruiting for German speaking candidates, which has proven challenging. Finding candidates with the necessary skill set who can also speak and read German fluently has highlighted again the importance of having a 'well done' CV. Most people put their language GCSE on their CV yet surprisingly those fluent in a second or even third language put minimal information on their CV about this! language skills are unique and set candidates apart.
