Sellick Partnership springs into the LGG Weekend School!

Rob Gee, Non-Executive Director of Sellick Partnership, will be speaking at next week's LGG Weekend School, taking place from 3-5 April at York University. This event is a must-attend for lawyers working in local government, with updates on important policy changes and overviews in many specialisms within this area.

Rob is delivering a breakout session on Saturday 5 April entitled 'If life's a journey why am I standing still?'. As an expert on leadership and management training with experience working with organisations such as Network Rail, The Royal Bank of Scotland, British Gas Home Services, Norwich Union Health Care, Comet Stores and the Open University, this is a must attend session for those looking to get ahead in their career.
 
Following a period of university training in the USA, Rob's career began in South Africa in the not-for-profit sector, where he then moved into secondary education, latterly becoming a head teacher and the regional president of a national teachers' union. Rob also has experience as a senior staff officer at in the South African National Defence.

Moving to the UK in 1999, Rob worked for the Angela Mortimer group as a Training Director and then set up Gee Consulting, a leadership and business consultancy in 2003.

Rob is a qualified industrial and business psychologist, as well as a visiting executive fellow of the Henley Business School, and serves as a visiting faculty member at Cass Business School, London Business School and Southampton University's School of Management.
