Sellick Partnership's End of Financial Year Awards

Last Friday, Sellick Partnership came together as a company to celebrate our year end. All six offices, took the time to travel and come together.

We met at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester and had various speeches from our Directors and even from some of our peers. We discussed the success of the business, marked our accomplishments over the year and gave out some well-deserved awards (and most importantly ate a delicious three course meal!)

The most significant thing for me about the event is that, despite being located in various offices across the country, we came together as one. This may sound like a simple feat considering we are one company but with our day to day roles and busy schedules this can often be difficult. We can all chat to one another, catching up about each other's lives and discussing each office's latest social!

In fact, this was one of the things that drew me to Sellick Partnership - the company really take the time to ensure we can all bond and have fun together. In fact, Sellick hosts three companywide events: a teambuilding weekend, the Christmas party and the annual End of Year Awards. These are more than just an excuse to have a little drink, these help us bond as a wider team and can ultimately create a more productive working environment.

This year the awards saw some fantastic achievements celebrated and reminded us just how proud we are of each other and to be part of such a well-respected company. Here's to next year's!
