Sellick Partnership Limited (company number 4156002) or any subsidiary, associated or holding company is dedicated to protecting any personal data of our Clients, Candidates and users of this website under the Data Protection Act 1998.

By using this website you agree that we may hold personal information, to assist in the recruitment process, including but not limited to your name, contact details, e-mail address and employment details from your CV.

We may also request further information to progress an application including references, criminal convictions, bank account details, right to work along with information regarding the type of work you are looking for.

Personal information including bank account details and right to work information will only be accessible to a limited number of Sellick Partnership employees.

When you register your CV with Sellick Partnership it will be made available to our consultants; prospective employers or other third parties such as specific software providers; professional bodies through an audit process or law enforcement agencies.

Should you register your CV with us for a specific vacancy and are not successful we will retain your details and look for alternative work. We will continue to look for work on your behalf and disclose your personal information to other Clients unless you request otherwise.

You have the right to request a copy of all information we hold about you by writing to info@sellickpartnership.co.uk. There will be an administration charge of £15 for this service.
