Graduate ProgrammeSellick Partnership offers you the chance to join our Graduate Programme, either as a recruitment consultant or as part of our central services team (marketing, internal finance, reception & facilities, internal HR & recruitment or information technology & design.)

What do we need from you?

We’re looking for switched-on, bright and ambitious graduates with a blend of commercial, people and sales skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills will help you succeed in our business – as well as a can-do, positive mind-set.

Ideally you will have commercial work experience, B2B sales experience or previous recruitment experience coupled with the confidence in your own ability to succeed.
