Internal Talent Manager

I joined Sellick Partnership in January 2015, in the position of Internal Talent Manager. My role is to help attract and retain staff to the business, as well as coordinate training and inductions. I am particularly interested in the learning and development side of my job, of which I have over 5 years’ experience in.
I am a highly motivated, committed and passionate learning and development professional with experience in evaluation, training delivery and coaching, and have obtained my CIPD in learning and development.
As part of my job here at Sellick Partnership I speak at various events, most recently at the University of Leeds on ‘How to Stand Out from the Crowd’. I also run the Sellick Partnership Induction which gives me a great chance to guide new starters into the business.
I love watching sports, especially boxing and football and I am an avid supporter of Manchester United.
