At Sellick Partnership we offer an extensive programme of training for our new graduate and entry-level consultants to ensure you maximise on your potential.

From the day that you start in the business and throughout your career we offer a bespoke training package that incorporates both internal and external courses.


Everyone that joins enjoys the benefits of a New Starters Day, which provides you with everything that you need to know about us – from here your training and development is determined by your role within the business. So whether you are a consultant, manager or work in our internal central services team, we will ensure that you have the tools and knowledge to meet your goals.

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Our introduction to the basics of the recruitment role, cementing the foundations of your knowledge
  • Long term and strategic planning – giving you the tools to develop and run your own desk as you progress within the business
  • Further developing your sales technique and strengths – and identifying leadership development
  • Extensive social media training to discover the best talent in innovative and new ways and develop a distinguished personal brand 
  • Soft skills training – including the likes of personal branding and written sales skills
  • Developing your influencing and persuasive abilities. 
All of this is combined with a supportive and mentoring culture – you will receive one to one support from your manager, as well as the support of your wider team. This training also involves the opportunity for you to undertake a formal qualification relevant to your role to ensure you can further progress. What’s more, depending on the career path that you take, this training will be tailored to meet those specific demands ensuring you are best placed to progress and achieve.
