Stars of SP has been designed to reward consistent growth and success throughout the business and is open to everybody regardless of their role at Sellick Partnership. Stars of SP is facilitated on a quarterly basis and announced by the Board in conjunction with the Rewards & Recognition Committee.

  • Stars of SP rewards

We fully appreciate that not everybody in the business likes to be rewarded in the same way and that flexibility is key. Some people prefer vouchers to treat themselves, whereas others might prefer using the money towards buying extra holidays. Therefore, the winners of Stars of SP will be rewarded in one of the following ways: 

  1. Money – a cash bonus.
  2. Vouchers – a voucher for your favourite shop.
  3. Time – use towards buying extra holidays. 
  • Internal staff referral bonuses

We are always looking for talented like-minded people to work for us whether that’s in recruitment or as part of our Central Services team. If they come and join our team we will pay you a referral bonus once they’ve passed their probationary period. Bonuses range from £500 up to £2,000 depending on the role. 

  • Long service awards

Sellick Partnership is extremely proud of the longevity of service across our teams. As such we reward loyalty at Sellick Partnership and recognise your dedication at various milestones throughout your career with us.

  • Sellick Partnership stars

Stars are a monthly colleague to colleague thanking programme we have in place. The ‘thank you’ is in the form of a postcard and is used to recognise and thank colleagues who have genuinely made a difference to your day. Everyone in the company is eligible for a star and on the last Friday of each month, ‘Star’ postcards are circulated around each office, so everybody can easily thank their colleagues by writing them a ‘Star’. A representative for each team then collects and distributes or post the stars across all offices and teams so nominees receive their personalised postcard almost instantly. When someone goes the extra mile, we celebrate!
