An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join an award-winning team at a top-tier legal firm.
Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor - 4+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor
- Advising and representing clients with varied commercial litigation matters within litigation, arbitration and ADR
- Handling own caseload of general commercial disputes, insolvency matters, professional negligence, injunctions and reputation management
- Acting for both domestic and internal clientele
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and market intermediaries
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor
- Qualified solicitors with 4+ PQE within commercial litigation experience gained at a reputable firm
- International experience would be an advantage but not essential
- The ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
