Sellick Partnership is delighted to be assisting a well-established local authority in London in their search for a Principal Planning and Regeneration Lawyer to join their welcoming and collaborative team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be managing a large, friendly team, with the support of two Deputies. Therefore, the successful Principal Planning and Regeneration Lawyer will have prior experience of line managing a team and will be a legal specialist in planning and highways law. Prior local authority experience is required, and you must be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx).
This is a hybrid, full-time role offering a salary of £65-£73k with a £5k market supplement.
