An exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join an expanding dispute resolution team.
Title: Property Litigation Solicitor - 3+ PQE
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full time, permanent
Location: East London
Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- Acting for private landlords and commercial businesses in residential and leasehold litigious matters.
- Handling a mixed caseload of property litigation matters, for example, possessions, disrepair, tenancy disputes, lease extensions, service charge disputes, breach of lease covenants, bread of conditions.
- Carrying out own advocacy when needed.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- 3-6 years PQE within a similar role
- Commercial awareness and business development skills
