Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm in Manchester City Centre where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join their highly successful Real Estate team.
The Manchester real estate team covers all aspects of commercial real estate work including, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant, planning and environmental and dispute resolution. Clients include property management and development companies, health trusts and government bodies (local and central), owner occupiers and institutions, both in the UK and overseas.
The role
You can expect a diverse, challenging and rewarding workload in a progressive and thriving team. This will include running a varied and rewarding caseload and give you exposure to high quality work for clients across their team which includes
- Running a caseload of Complex landlord and tenant/asset management matters
- Wide range of national and international corporates with particular focus on the financial services and consumer sectors.
- Supervising junior fee earners on more simple landlord and tenant work across a transaction from start to finish
The successful candidate will be;
- 5+years PQE
- Wide-ranging commercial property experience
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Technical skills and knowledge
- Enjoy working as part of a team but be equally able to manage their own matters efficiently
