We are currently working with a highly regarded national law firm where an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Partner to join their Oxford office.
Our client is seeking an Employment Partner, ideally on a full time permanent basis however reduced hours can be considered.
You will ideally have a good following or referral network with the ambition and skills to help lead and grow the team. The team continues to experience rapid growth, so this role would suit someone who is looking to get involved in business development and shaping the future strategy of the team. There is plenty of opportunity to work with the wider employment group across offices in the North and South.
