We're working with a highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality family law services across the Home Counties and Thames Valley. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Family & Divorce Associate to join their well-established and highly respected team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer seeking high-quality work, acting on a broad range of privately funded matters, including complex financial remedy cases and private children disputes. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues while also managing your own varied caseload, with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy and private children cases.
  • Advise clients on cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, pre and post-nuptial agreements and related family matters.
  • Handle complex, high-value financial cases involving high-net-worth individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with senior lawyers while developing and managing your own client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and commercially focused legal advice.
  • Support business development activities and help grow the team's profile.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Family Law.
  • Strong experience handling privately funded family matters.
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent client care, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
