Over the years we have worked hard to achieve a number of awards and accreditations that acknowledge our service, internal processes and our commitment to our employees.
We have been recognised as one of the 100 Best Workplaces™ in the UK by Great Place to Work® UK, ranking 13 out of 100.
Great Place to Work® UK is part of a global research, consulting and training consultancy that helps organisations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. The methodology behind the ranking is one of the most rigorous available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into each organisation’s management and HR practices.
In February 2022, Great Place to Work® UK also recognised us as a Best Workplace™ for Wellbeing, ranking 14 out of 100 companies in the Medium Category.
Our position on this list is driven by an annual employee engagement survey, created by Great Place to Work® UK which is in place to measure the extent to which everyone across each of our offices at Sellick Partnership feels about the culture of wellbeing we have developed as a business. This award is proof that our people really are at the heart of everything we do.

This includes: context of the organisation, leadership, planning, support, operations, performance evaluation and improvement. We have appointed a group of employees who champion ISO 9001:2015 within the different areas of the business to ensure that we are fully compliant across all functions.
