Private Client Locum Solicitor / Legal Executive - Warwickshire
A well established law firm in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to provide ongoing support to its busy department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking for a long term locum assignment with an immediate start available.
The role will involve:
- Managing a varied private client caseload
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration matters
- Trusts and estate planning work
- Providing advice to a broad client base
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience handling a private client caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and LPAs
- Excellent client care skills
- The ability to hit the ground running
Assignment Details:
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing, long term assignment
- Full time preferred
