Sellick Partnership are working with a public sector client in the northeast of England to recruit a locum lawyer to support with education prosecutions work.
This is a flexible role and can be worked part-time or full-time (2-5 days a week). It can be worked predominantly remotely, with court attendance required just 1-2 times a month in the Newcastle area (essential).
Our client is seeking a qualified lawyer to work with the enforcement team to review and sign off on school non-attendance cases. Interventions will include Fixed Penalty Notices, parenting orders, Education Supervision Orders, or School Attendance Orders.
This role is to start as soon as possible so we are looking to hear from candidates who are available immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
