We're working with a highly respected specialist employment law practice that partners with a portfolio of well-known national businesses and household-name clients. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join their expert team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer seeking a role focused on high-quality advisory work, with around 75% of your caseload advising employer clients on a broad range of employment law matters and 25% Employment Tribunal work. Tribunal advocacy is handled by Counsel, meaning no regular travel to hearings.

The Role

  • Advise employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Draft and review contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
  • Manage Employment Tribunal matters, instructing Counsel where appropriate.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Employment Law.
  • Strong employer-side employment law experience.
  • Commercial, proactive and confident managing your own caseload.
