Overview of Charlotte:

I am a specialist HR Recruitment Consultant, recruiting HR professionals for public and not-for-profit organisations across South Yorkshire, East Midlands, London and the Home Counties. We work with an extensive range of organisations nationwide and are confident recruiting at all levels, from HR Officer, HR Assistant and HR Manager jobs right through to HR Director and Head of HR positions.

As well as my day-to-day recruitment role, I'm also a Diversity Champion here at Sellick Partnership. The diversity and inclusion initiatives were one of the driving forces behind me joining Sellick Partnership. Their continuous positive dedication to encourage and value diversity and inclusion, not only with their own staff, but that of their clients and candidates, spoke volumes to me. As well as having experience struggling with my own mental health issues, my mum is partially disabled, this means I know first-hand how much an inclusive environment can powerfully impact an individual’s wellbeing. I joined the Diversity Champions committee to ensure that everyone is treated equally, with the same opportunities.
