As Chief Executive Officer of Sellick Partnership, Hannah Cottam has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of delivering consistent business growth and developing successful, people-focused recruitment businesses.

Hannah has extensive experience in senior-level recruitment across a range of specialisms, including Legal, Actuarial, Pricing & Risk, Finance & Accountancy, HR, Change & Transformation and Property Services. She combines strategic leadership with considerable commercial expertise and a clear focus on driving business performance and long-term growth.

Since Sellick Partnership became part of Samsic Group in 2019, Hannah has been instrumental in driving Samsic Group's UK recruitment growth strategy. This includes the acquisition of Gleeson Recruitment Group in July 2026, bringing together two established recruitment businesses with complementary strengths across the public and private sectors. Together, Sellick Partnership and Gleeson Recruitment Group have a strong presence in corporate services recruitment, including senior leadership and C-suite appointments.

Hannah places significant importance on developing talented individuals, strengthening leadership teams and driving continuous improvement across the business. She has a particular interest in business acquisitions, technology and innovative working practices, and regularly shares her experience at industry conferences and workshops covering recruitment strategy, leadership and management.
