Overview of Liam
I am a Compliance Team Leader at Sellick Partnership, supporting our public sector recruitment teams.
I joined Sellick Partnership in July 2021 as a Compliance Co-ordinator and was promoted to Senior Compliance Co-ordinator in September 2022, before progressing into my current leadership role.
Compliance is a fast-moving area, particularly within public sector and legal recruitment. I work closely with consultants, candidates, clients, frameworks, and MSPs to ensure all temporary candidates meet Government, framework, and client compliance requirements.
Alongside the wider Compliance team, I have helped introduce new procedures to streamline onboarding, reduce delays, and improve the overall candidate experience, while maintaining robust compliance standards. My focus is on making the onboarding process as seamless as possible, while ensuring candidates, Sellick Partnership, and our clients are fully protected.
In 2024, the Compliance team won two prestigious industry awards:
APSCo Awards for Excellence – Support Service Team of the Year 2024
Recruiter Awards – Most Effective Compliance Operation 2024
I am also a proud member of our CSR Committee.
