⚖️ Civil Litigation Locum - Local Authority | 6-Month Minimum Assignment
Are you a Civil Litigation Lawyer looking for your next locum opportunity? We're working with a well-regarded local authority to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation Locum to join its friendly, supportive and welcoming in-house legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and interesting caseload, working alongside a collaborative team where your expertise will make a real difference.
📌 The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
- Housing disrepair
- Anti-social behaviour
- Debt recovery
- Access injunctions
- Judicial review
Occasional court attendance would also be advantageous.
👩⚖️ About You
We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors, Barristers or CILEX-qualified lawyers with relevant litigation rights and previous experience across the areas listed above. Experience gained within a local authority environment would be particularly beneficial.
