Clinical Negligence Locum
Location: Manchester / Remote Working
Hours: Ideally 3 days per week (flexible)
Duration: Until approximately April 2028
Start Date: TBC
We are working with a fantastic firm who are anticipating a need for additional locum support within their growing Cosmetic Surgery Negligence team.
The department has seen an increase in workload and is looking to bring in an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Fee Earner to provide additional support.
The successful candidate will assist with a caseload of cosmetic surgery negligence matters, including drafting Letters of Claim, preparing witness statements and providing general support with ongoing cases.
Previous experience in cosmetic surgery negligence would be advantageous but is by no means essential. The firm is happy to consider candidates with broader Clinical Negligence experience who are confident handling complex matters and supporting a busy team.
The requirement is likely to be until approximately April 2028. Ideally, the firm is looking for someone who can commit to 3 days per week, although there may be some flexibility around this.
