Key responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters

  • Delivering exceptional client care throughout the life of each case

  • Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues across the Clinical Negligence team

  • Developing technical expertise through ongoing training and mentoring

  • Contributing to business development initiatives where appropriate

Required experience/qualifications of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor position will include:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in claimant Clinical Negligence

  • Strong technical knowledge across a range of clinical negligence matters

  • Excellent communication and client care skills

  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively while working collaboratively within a team

  • A proactive approach and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
