Key responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters

• Assisting with complex and high-value claims from inception through to conclusion

• Delivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Clinical Negligence team

• Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships

• Supporting business development activities where appropriate

Required experience/qualifications of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor position will include:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in claimant Clinical Negligence

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of clinical negligence matters

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively

• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
