A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its leading claimant-focused team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 4-8 PQE to join a respected and specialist team handling high-quality, complex work. The role offers the chance to work on significant clinical negligence claims while developing your expertise within a supportive and ambitious environment.

The role will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of complex clinical negligence claims.
  • Handling claims involving serious injury, life-changing outcomes and high-value disputes.
  • Advising clients throughout the litigation process and providing a high level of client care.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
  • Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with 4-8 PQE experience in clinical negligence.
  • Have strong experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.
  • Be confident managing complex cases from inception through to settlement.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Be commercially aware with a strong interest in developing their career within a leading specialist practice.
