An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing law firm with an outstanding reputation for quality work, career development, and client service.
This role would suit a Commercial Associate, Senior Associate, or Principal Associate looking to work with an impressive client base, including technology companies, high-growth businesses, and innovative organisations across a variety of sectors.
The Opportunity
You'll advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including:
- Commercial contracts and strategic projects
- Supply, procurement, and outsourcing agreements
- Agency and distribution arrangements
- IT and technology contracts
- Intellectual property licensing
- Data protection matters
- Business development and client relationship management
You'll work closely with experienced partners and enjoy genuine opportunities for progression within a supportive and collaborative team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-10 years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Experience in IT, technology, and/or IP matters would be advantageous
- Commercially minded and client-focused
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic about networking and business development
- Team player with excellent communication skills
