An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm on a fixed-term contract basis. With a strong reputation in the real estate sector, the firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services to an impressive client base while offering a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The Role
You will join an established Commercial Real Estate team, managing a varied caseload and advising clients on a broad range of property matters. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers on complex and rewarding transactions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a range of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising on investment acquisitions and disposals
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and asset management work
- Supporting mixed-use development projects
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
- Providing commercially focused advice tailored to client needs
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
- Experience managing matters independently
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and professional approach to work
