Are you a Repairs/Housing professional with Contracts Management experience? Do you set high organisational standards?

Sellick Partnership is recruiting to a Contracts Manager in the Nottingham area on an initial three-month temporary basis.

Duties of the Contracts Manager includes:

  • Manage repairs & maintenance teams across responsive repairs, adaptations and minor capital works.
  • Oversee property inspections to ensure accurate scoping, specification and costing of works in line with budgets and contract requirements.
  • Maintain health & safety compliance across all operatives.
  • Manage client relationships, meet KPIs and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
  • Ensure gas compliance across direct labour and subcontractors.

Essential requirements for the Contracts Manager:

  • Significant experience in a similar Housing/Local Authority/Construction role
  • Great organisational skills
  • Driving licence and capability to travel to the office for business meetings
  • Experience procuring housing repairs and/or capital works contracts (preferred)
