An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.
You'll advise on a broad range of employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious work such as unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE, restructurings, employment contracts, policies, and HR advisory support. The role offers a strong mix of autonomy and collaboration within a respected employment team.
You'll work closely with employer clients, providing clear, pragmatic advice and representing them in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required. There is also scope to contribute to business development initiatives and play a role in the continued growth of the firm's employment practice in the Birmingham market.
About you:
Qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law
Confident handling both advisory and contentious matters
Strong technical knowledge across employment legislation and case law
Excellent communication and client-management skills
Commercial, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
