Film & TV Locum Solicitor - Tier 1 London Law Firm

Start Date: December | 4-6 Month Contract | Competitive Rate

We are working with a prestigious Tier 1 London law firm seeking an experienced Film & TV Locum Solicitor to join its highly regarded Entertainment team for an initial 4-6 month assignment, starting in December.

Ideally suited to a solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading practice and support an impressive client base across the film and television industry.

The Role:

• Supporting studios, SVOD platforms and independent production companies with the day-to-day running of productions, including cast and crew agreements, location agreements and supply agreements.

• Drafting and negotiating rights acquisition and development agreements across film and television, advising on chain of title issues.

• Advising on licensing arrangements and ongoing exploitation across film and television.

About You:

• Strong Film & TV experience.

• Experience advising on production-related matters is essential.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Able to hit the ground running and provide support to a busy team.
