Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting a reputable housing provider in Kent with the recruitment of an experienced Housing Manager for an initial 3-month temporary contract.

Daily duties of the Housing Manager:

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-tenure properties and estates, ensuring positive outcomes for residents.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end customer experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, wellbeing and safety.
• Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation, regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies and partner organisations.
• Investigate and resolve complaints effectively and within agreed timescales.
• Manage tenancy-related queries and address community safety issues, including ASB and safeguarding concerns.

Essential requirements of the Housing Manager:

• Previous experience managing neighbourhoods, tenancies or communities within a social housing environment.
• Demonstrable experience working within social housing.
• Enhanced DBS check
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
