Duration: 12-month FTC - potential option for permanent employment at the end of the FTC
Location: Hull, Yorkshire
Hybrid: 3 to 4 days a week onsite
Salary: up to £34,434 per annum (DOE)
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join our client based in Hull, working on a hybrid basis for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR generalist looking for a varied role covering all aspects of human resources within a fast-paced and people-focused environment.
The HR Officer will work closely with managers and employees across the organisation, providing comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with the organisation's policies and procedures.

The HR Officer will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands, whilst working in a high-pressured environment.
