Interim Property Manager
£27.61 an hour + Milage Paid
Sheffield (home working, office and site-based)
Temp for three months
We are seeking an experienced Interim Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential schemes across Sheffield and Derbyshire.
Key duties of the Property Manager include:
- Scheme and estate inspections
- Compliance visits, including fire door checks
- Service charge management and enquiries
- Liaison with residents, contractors and stakeholders
- Supporting planned maintenance and major works
- Ensuring leasehold and health & safety compliance
The successful Property Manager will have:
- Block, estate, or leasehold property management
- Strong service charge knowledge (essential)
- Section 20 consultation experience (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
