Litigation Partner | Reading | £95,000 - £125,000 + Equity Opportunity
A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked national law firm is seeking a Litigation Partner to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership. You'll handle a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes while playing a key role in the continued growth of the team.
The role will include:
- Managing a varied commercial litigation caseload.
- Advising on contract disputes, insolvency matters and wider commercial disputes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Playing an active role in business development and the continued growth of the team.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced Litigation Partner or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for the next step.
- Have strong experience across commercial litigation, including contract disputes and insolvency matters.
- Be commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Enjoy business development and mentoring junior colleagues.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £95,000 - £125,000, 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, an excellent benefits package, hybrid working and a genuine opportunity to progress to equity.
