Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced planning lawyer to assist our well-regarded Local Authority client for an initial period of 6 months, with scope for further extension.

Duties will include:

  • Negotiating and drafting, through to completion, complex 106 agreements and highways agreements
  • Attendance at Planning Committee
  • Working with the Local Authority's case management system

The successful candidate will work confidently and autonomously and will be able to hit the ground running.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive and stable in-house legal team and pick up a varied and interesting caseload of planning and highways matters.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with previous experience within this area of law.
