A Legal 500, national law firm is looking to appoint a NQ - 3 year PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its established and experienced team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to join a well-regarded Litigation team and work on a broad range of complex and high-quality commercial disputes, with the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop client relationships and work alongside experienced Partners and case handlers.

The role will involve:

  • Assisting Partners and other case handlers with a varied caseload of commercial disputes.
  • Drafting legal documents and undertaking legal research and investigations.
  • Attending conferences, court hearings and client meetings.
  • Communicating with clients, counsel and other parties.
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate Partner/Legal Director supervision.
  • Working on complex, high-profile and sensitive litigation matters.
  • Contributing to business development and profile-raising initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider team and relevant sectors.
  • Meeting agreed financial, quality, deadline and KPI requirements.

They're ideally looking for a qualified Litigation Solicitor with NQ-3 years' PQE or equivalent, with previous litigation experience and strong technical ability.

You'll need to be commercially minded, client-focused and able to manage your workload effectively, with strong legal, analytical and communication skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also important.
