An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm in Liverpool.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious NQ looking to build their career within an established and growing Corporate & Commercial team, working alongside recognised specialists on a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Opportunity

You'll advise a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to larger corporate organisations, across a mix of corporate transactions and commercial advisory work.

Your workload is likely to include:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Company reorganisations and restructures
• Corporate governance matters
• Commercial contracts
• General company law advice
• Ongoing commercial support for business clients

You'll benefit from close mentoring from experienced partners while taking on increasing levels of responsibility as your experience grows.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who:

• Are Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitors or due to qualify shortly
• Have completed a seat in Corporate, Commercial or Corporate & Commercial
• Have excellent drafting and communication skills
• Enjoy building strong client relationships
• Are commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Want to develop their career within a leading regional practice
