An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Corporate Solicitor to join the Birmingham office of a Top 100 national law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.

Working as part of a highly regarded corporate team, you'll advise on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. You'll gain exposure to high-quality, complex transactions while working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior solicitor looking to develop their career with a firm that offers exceptional training, genuine progression opportunities, and exposure to premium corporate work.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-2 years' PQE) with experience in corporate law
• Strong technical knowledge gained through a recognised training contract or post-qualification role
• Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Keen to develop within a leading national corporate team
