Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement exercises across DDaTT, Claims and Corporate Services.
- Produce tender documentation, evaluation materials and award reports.
- Provide procurement advice and support stakeholders with specifications and requirements.
- Manage supplier clarifications, evaluations and moderation activities.
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, PCR 2015 and internal policies.
- Manage multiple procurement projects and deliver to agreed deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
- CIPS qualified or equivalent procurement experience.
- Strong public sector procurement background.
- Sound knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015.
- Experience delivering end-to-end tender exercises for goods and services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
